Gareth Blackstock is a very successful chef in the prestigious restaurant Le Chateau Anglais, but his life isn't easy: The restaurant isn't always financially viable, and Gareth constantly struggles between his two loves; how can he possibly divide his time between the restaurant and his wife Janice? He can't; Janice feels neglected. Luckily he can let off steam against his ever-changing personnel with very perky, sarcastic, often rude remarks.
