Pim is a 30-year-old modern woman compared to traditional Thai standards. She is independent, smokes, drinks beer. She's a businesswoman who only believes in herself. Komsan, a rich man, wants Pim to marry him. She doesn't want to follow traditional ways, i.e. have husband, have children, stop working and stay home. So she refuses, but he doesn't give up.
