The Centurions are the most powerful fighting force of the 21st century. Equipped with special Exoframe suits, they are the ultimate fighting machines, as well as Earth's only defence against Dr. Terror and his Doom Drones.—Fryingham

During the 21st century, humans and machines interact with one another. This begins a brand new age for humans as they are more developed and not only living on Earth, but in outer space as well. However there is a human-machine hybrid known as Doc Terror who was once a robot scientist who lost his humanity when he was transformed into a robot, now builds machines in an attempt to conquer the world. However, there is only one small force that stands in Doc Terror's way. A special man-machine unit code named "The Centurions". They specially made suits called Exo-Frames they use state-of-the art weaponry to combat Doc terror's forces. These Centurions go by 3 names. Cmdr. Maxwell Ray, a former Navy SEAL who operates at sea. Jake Rockwell, a former U.S. Army Ranger who operates on the land. Ace McCloud, a former Pilot of the U.S. Air Force who operates in the air.—John Wiggins
