Chart magazine with live bands, videos and occasional celebrity interviews.

CD:UK was a British chart magazine show, originally run in conjunction with SM:TV Live and broadcast on ITV between 29th August 1998 and 1st April 2006. In contrast to its predecessor, which only shows music videos, CD:UK was initially broadcast live on Saturday mornings featuring a live audience, live performances, music star interviews and competitions. This made the BBC's late-night chart show, Top of the Pops, which aired the only night before, It seemed to be very out-of-date broadcasting the previous week's chart. Later, CD:UK utilised an interactive chart based on the viewers' questions, called the MiTracks Countdown.—Mike Konczewski
