A couple of military police, two women and a 13-year-old teenager are found dead at home. One of the most controversial crimes in Brazil, with two episodes bringing different visions of what actually happened.

One of the fullest cases of versions of criminology in Brazil. A couple of military police officers (the father, a ROTA sergeant) two ladies and a 13-year-old teenager are found dead at home. What's wrong with you? Luiz Marcelo Pesseghini and Andreia Regina Bovo Pesseghini were parents to Marcelo Pesseghini. The three lived on the same land as Andreia's mother, Benedita Oliveira Bovo, and Bernadete Oliveira da Silva, Andreia's aunt and Marcelo's great-aunt. On August 5, 2013, the first day of school after winter, Marcelinho (as he was better known) arrived at school driving his mother's car, meets his friends, says that he has a gun in his school, invites his schoolmates to be "Mercenaries" - a kind of vigilante league. Garoto listens to what didn't seem to be Marcelinho's joke. The teenager, then, facing the scenario that his mother had hours before the house: his father and his great-aunt. Dead - for him. Marcelinho, at dawn on the 5th, shoots his mother's pistol at his parents and his parents. When he returns from school, the boy shoots himself and falls lifeless beside his father and mother, on a mattress in the middle of the living room of the house. But - What if only one version of what you can have for this crime? Check out the great special we produced, with two issues, one that reveals details of the investigation and another that brings the story rewritten by the Pesseghini defense family. Check out all the interviews in full. And you choose who you believe in.—Carla Albuquerque
