FBI Agent Karen Davies in the Behavioral Analyst Unit, comes back to the job she left a year prior, to help on a case that has resulted in no clues, or suspects, and the one witness, a young twenty-something girl, Tessa Sloan, is not talking. Karen, with a small team, will set out on the town of Carver Cove, a small town in Southern Georgia, in which Tessa used to live and where five dead bodies were also found.
