A man with neurological challenges finds himself alone when he kills the person who provides care for him.

Clifton (Chris Lohman) is a person who is non-verbal. He spends his days playing the same games on his iPad, watching the same videos on TV and eating the same food. He has a caregiver who looks after him. One day, Clifton kills the caregiver. After some time watching videos and playing on his iPad, Clifton runs out of food. At this point, he leaves his home and goes out unassisted for the first time in his life.
