Needing to answer the question "What if?", a lifetime-natural athlete returns to the bodybuilding stage after 30 years. With only 77 days to prepare for the world's top amateur competition he pushes himself to the brink to find the answer.

During the winter of 1991, at the age of 21, Jon Somers competed in his first and only bodybuilding competition in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. He planned to compete again, but corporate and family life got in the way along with other athletic pursuits. For 30 years, still a bodybuilder at heart, he wondered daily, "What if...?". Sparked by his two teenage sons' growing interest in the sport, Jon decides to throw himself back into the world of bodybuilding. At 51 years of age, he gives himself only 77 days to prepare for the world's top open amateur competition in Orlando, Florida. Leaning on decades of makeshift training, he is determined to see what a lifetime-natural athlete can achieve. From his hometown of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Jon pushes his body and mind to the brink with the help of his training partner, Jeff Marshall, and Iron Works Gym owner, Pat Mallough. Wanting to properly represent his Canadian prairie roots, iconic old school gym and impress his sons, Walter and George, what unfolds is an unfiltered opening of one person's echo-chamber and all that comes with it; the good, the bad and the uncertainty. Directed by first time feature filmmaker, R.P. Bruce, assisted by George and Walter Somers, this unique story plays out while the world just happens to be awakening from the worst pandemic in over a Century.
