Calimero is an anthropomorphic chicken, the only black chicken born in a family of yellow chickens. He wears part of his own egg shell as a hat. He dates Priscilla, a rather shy girl. Calimero leads his gang of friends in mystery-solving adventures and in attempts at documentary filmmaking. They invariably get in trouble.—Dimos I
