Cage the Bear is about a group of Ukrainian hackers who steal money from the Kremlin, designated for Russia's terrorist invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin demands their money back, and kidnaps a web reporter friend of the hackers. The Russian agents make sure the exchange takes in the US, away from Putin's prying eyes, so they can keep the money for themselves.
