C. I. A. is a mockumentary, filmed at the beginning of the nineties, with a non-linear edition. Nicolas; a pseudo bourgeois filmmaker, moves to the ghetto to make his film and smoke weed. He begins filming aimlessly until Omar; a drug dealer and future lover, enters his life. Omar allows him to enter the hood, and the Aguerridos International Club (C.I.A.). On his way Nicolás films a ruthless race on the train tracks between the C. I. A. and The KK Punks, a block party where Nicolás loses his way, a kidnapping and two murders, one of them to Malo; a former cop who leads the KK Punks, and his own death. In the end Nicolás ends up starring in his own movie.
