A surreal comedy about the making of an epic movie from the perspective of the actor whose life it ruined.

An old actor invites the audience to hear the story of a film that he starred on years ago. And so he begins to weave a fiction that narrates the adventures of Pepe, an apathetic hero in search of his destiny: to avenge the murder of his father. But everything changes when Bucco (Pepe's sidekick, a buffoon played by the old actor) suggests he looks for a new destiny through seven different film genres. Pepe agrees and the two of them embark on a surreal journey that analyzes the dangers and rewards inherent to the art of storytelling, and explores the blurring boundaries between reality and fiction—Abel Gonzalez
