Sana (Shadyah), daughter of Mukhtar Pasha, is a lovely girl who gets proposed to by Susoo Bey (Abdulsalam El-Nabulsi), a high-class son of one of her father's friends (Sulayman Nagib). Her father welcomes this, but she refuses because she loves Husain (Kamal El-Shinnawi), a young engineer who works in her father's company. Susoo Bey discovers that and agrees with the company director to drive a wedge between them. He uses a dancer to claim to the girl that she is the engineer's wife.
