Burning For Love A suicidal teenager whose lover's requests to marry her were repeatedly rejected by her parents, is taken to the wilderness by her uncles to kill her and cleanse their tarnished honour. She tricks them and escapes their pursuit, stays the night in the bushes listening to the howling of wolves, then resumes her escape at dawn till she is found by a former Peshmerge (freedom fighter) who takes her home and treat her like his daughter. In spite the care bestowed upon her by the old Peshmerge she is still suicidal as her lover married someone else after being told she had married a relative of hers.—Anonymous
