Rich Bodenbauer is in the clutches of a corporation, effectiveness is measured in revenue only. Tenant Hans is farming part of Bodenbauer's land the traditional way and opposes him. When there is no compromise what will become of the farm?

The rich Bodenbauer practices factory farming, while his tenant Hans, does not like the idea of industrial animal farming. But he seems compelled to do so after Bodenbauer terminated a large piece of his land. The old veterinarian in the village encourages him not to give up easily.
