Synopsis

Broken peace is centered around domestic violence and abuse that the UK police are called upon more times per day than any other recorded crime. This film features upon a married couple with children. This man Liam Burgess played by professional actor (Lee Scott Doran) is not only violent and abusive to his partner Amanda Burgess played by talented actress (Heather Izzard) but is also heavily involved in the drugs scene and also likes to have quite a few beers. He's a working guy as a supervisor in the building trade and acts so people think he's a nice guy but changes in an instance as soon as no one is around. He doesn't realize what the drugs and beer are not only doing to his own life but his wife's and children's lives also. This is the reality of what really happens around many homes in the UK. Its not a film though just for the man always being the main cause of domestic issues in relationships as this covers also the woman being the abusive one also. Its very hard hitting with scenes of violence, drugs use, and alcohol and money they are the main problems around most people's lives every day. The main problems for domestic related incidents around the UK. Will Amanda Burgess be able to walk away from this abuse or will she stay and something more sinister to be hold her fate. What will the children think of there father being abusive also. Broken Peace will show the reality of a broken Britain that no one else sees or ignore the facts of what really goes on behind closed doors
