Bringing Borneo Home was produced by a group of university students during a recent expedition to East Kalimantan, Borneo and examines how western consumption is fueling the destruction of the biological and cultural diversity of this island. Borneo is one of the most biologically diverse places on the planet as well as an immense store of carbon dioxide. However, the forests of Borneo may be lost within the next decade if immediate action is not taken. What happens in Borneo directly affects all of us. This beautiful, yet sobering video, aims to educate people about the environmental and social challenges facing Borneo and inspire them to take action.—Anonymous
