When Bloom moves in with her uncle to a small Mountain town after the death of her mother, all she wants to do is dance in order to cope with her loss. Bloom befriends, Herbie, the boyfriend of the High School Dance Team Captain, Harmony. Soon their friendship Blossoms and Harmony becomes jealous that Bloom has just stole her boyfriend.
