An Australian drama series, which revolves around The Breakers building, situated near Bondi Beach, and the lives of the people who work and live there.

The Breakers is a majestic old building on the grand sweep of the beach boulevard. The building houses a café, a modelling agency and a community newspaper. The main characters in Breakers are the young journalists and models, trendy customers of the café and the Simmons family-owners of the Breakers building.

Breakers is an Australian soap opera, brought to you from the makers of Neighbours. It is set in and around Sydney's Bondi Beach, and is centred around The Breaker, a majestic old beach front building, still owned by the family who brought it in the 1930's. It focus's on an extended family which between them they own three businesses in the beach front building , a cafe (Kate's Cafe), a newspaper (The Breaker), and a modelling school (Breaker's Modelling School). Breakers follows the lives of extended family who live and work in the building including the models at Breakers Modelling School (BMS), the cafe staff at Kate's cafe, and journalists at the Breaker newspaper.
