Brand-Børge is - bravely assisted by a couple of clever tanker drivers - messed up in a major crime affair, as horrible villains steal and smuggle in a precious diamond baked into a cake. Everyone is now wandering around and on their toes to find the missing diamond - among other things by eating their way through a sea of cakes.
