While "Big Boy" Merritt (William Fairbanks), a Texas Ranger, is trailing the Cocas Kid (Chet Ryan), he catches up with "Gentleman Jack" Prentriss (Jack Richardson), who is the brother of Meritt's sweetheart, (Dorothy Revier),but Merritt has to arrest him.
