A revenge story with a young man which has lost his memory and has to change his identity in order to reach and kill his targets.

A young guy loses his memory after an attempt of murder from four criminals. The only event he can remember is his sister's killing. With the code name "7" and with the help of two surgeons who change his look with face transplants, he is recruited by a secret criminal organization in order to kill seven people - included the criminals who murdered his sister - and get his revenge.
