Bob finds himself trapped in a post-apocalyptic desert inhabited by glamorous mutant '80s pop stars out for blood - Bob's blood.
"Bob Spit - We Do Not Like People" is a stop-motion animation that mixes documentary, comedy and road-movie to tell the parallel stories of Angeli, one Brazil's most renowned cartoonists, who became famous in the 70s by releasing political cartoons in the midst of Brazil's military dictatorship, and one of his most famous creations, the iconic punk character Bob Spit. When a crew begins to shoot a documentary with Angeli, the author starts to remember some of his long lost memories, such as all of the characters he created in a seminal 80s comic books he wishes to distance himself from. At the same time, Bob Spit, now an old punk, tries to survive in a post-apocalyptic desert, which is actually a purgatory inside the mind of his creator. When Angeli faces a creative crisis, he decides to kill Bob Spit to sparkle his creativity once again. However, Bob Spit manages to escape his death and decides to find Angeli and confront him. As Bob travels and creeps closer to his author, he and Angeli start to realize they are actually a reflection of each other.
