Having made a name for himself as the saucy creator of the Vulgarian Invasions, an offensive underground comic book, audacious cartoonist Travis knows he is playing with fire. And when his latest issue catches the attention of shady Chinese businessman Leonard Fong, his thugs visit Travis and, to make an example of him, saw off his drawing hand.
