A young man named Kevin returns home from college to attend the funeral of his police detective father who has been killed in the line of duty. There is a new goth club in the nearby metropolis Yborn City called Drake Castle; a sanctuary for those who relish in gothic and vampire culture. The mystery and motivation for a series of cult murders unravels as the small suburb of Temple and it's inhabitants tremble with fear as authorities try to learn the identity of the mysterious Clown Killer.
