In a world full of corrupt, fascist, Superpowered individuals comes the team of 4 Vigilantes who end up in a situation with Gunpowder, a corrupt "superhero" who has an uncontrollable Deathwish for a man named BugMan, A Psycho who had trouble with Gunpowder in the past. The 4 Vigilantes are set on a mission to kill BugMan, along the way Captain X, the strongest being on the planet is attempting to make his way into the oval office, the Vigilantes are not letting this all go down.
