Dice is the boss of the Nasty Boyz record label, an operation where he demands complete loyalty, but secretly operates as a front for his more lucrative money-laundering and drug-running business. Soon an all-out war with the law rages on.

The ongoing street war between drug cartels and law officials continues when a naive rap artists signs to a record label that doubles as a drug cartel. When the young hip hopper finally realizes what he's gotten mixed up in, he tries signing with a rival label. Dice, the boss of the underworld cartel, has the aspiring artist killed. Now it is up to the law to bring peace to the streets and justice to the young man's family.
