Drawn out of hiding in Canada, a Dutch former drug baroness returns to Amsterdam to face unfinished business and once and for all save her family from her life of crime.

Former drugs queen Carmen is in hiding in Canada and is leading an anonymous life out there. By pretending she's dead, she hopes her children can lead a normal life back in Amsterdam. She keeps her nose clean until one evening, a colleague is attacked and Carmen has no choice but to come to her rescue. Out of self-defence, she kills the perpetrator, is arrested and extradited to the Netherlands. While her children are in shock that their mother is still alive, there are also quite some people who still have some unfinished business with Carmen. Everyone is dragged into a roller coaster in which problems multiply at an incredible pace. Carmen will now need to put an end to her past once and for all to rescue her family.—DFW International
