A bumbling photographer and would-be journalist inadvertently discovers a cabal of women intent on hastening their husbands' demises.

Young photographer Bobby gets a chance to work as a journalist. He is assigned to find out whether the suddenly-deceased mayor of a small town really had hidden an old military tank.
