In World War 2, a suicide squad of African-American soldiers are dispatched on a mission to retrieve the first ever American flag, stolen by Nazis.

The first ever American flag contains a secret: there was a black star secretly sewn onto it by a black maid. This secret was discovered in the 1940s, when World War 2 was still on. However, the flag was stolen by Germans and is in the custody of a sadistic Nazi commander. A squad of African-American soldiers are recruited on a suicide mission to head into Germany to get back the flag.
