KAAJRO is story of Tilgya, belonging to an untouchable caste. His village is celebrating the annual festival of Dasshera, marking triumph of Lord Rama over Ravana i.e. good over bad. Tilgya's ailing wife dies while the celebration is on. He is debarred from participating in festival procession and is forced to leave the village with his wife's dead body.
