A doctor gets killed while trying to save a dacoit's life. After this the dacoit decides to surrender to the police. His elder daughter Bindiya is given the duty to look after his sister Sapna. Mohan who helps them proposes marriage to Bindiya. But she refuses stating that she has her sister's responsibility. Bindiya gets raped by the village villain. To seek revenge Bindiya becomes a dacoit.
