Komiyama Kazumi is a rather optimistic and cheerful, though a bit dim-witted, college student that never doubts to help his friends whenever he is asked. He will go as far as get indebted himself when they need money. Yet, his bad money management causes him to get indebted over his head and he ends up having to ask for a loan from a very peculiar money lender.
