MLC chairman Chiu Hoi clashes with investor Tsui To-ming over employee welfare. With ex-wife Sung and partner Fong's aid, Chiu regains control to uphold beliefs, while To-ming's shady dealings cause turmoil.

Large enterprise MLC Millennials Logistics China was established in Hong Kong with headquarters in the Greater Bay Area. Chairman Chiu Hoi (Moses Chan) cares about each and every employee as he strongly believes people come first in the realm of business. MLC director Tsui To-ming (Shaun Tam), who is a representative of venture capital investment company Prominence Capital, has distinctive vision. However, his business philosophy is very different from Chiu Hoi's. The duo are neither buddies nor foes as they understand each other. With the help of his ex-wife Sung Kiu (Kelly Cheung), who is Prominence founder, and his partner Fong Fong (Katy Kung), who started out as a rural franchisee, Chiu Hoi seizes the occasion of MLC making a strong comeback to the stock market to gradually realize his entrepreneurial beliefs. Meanwhile, To-ming, who returns to MLC, another MLC director Ying Man-ho (John Chiang), overseas logistics big shots and their backers engage in financial shenanigans. And trouble is brewing as everybody is up to something.
