Anoop loves Roopa D'Souza, and will do anything to marry her. But Roopa has some doubts about him. Eventually, he does manage to convince her that he is worthy of her love, and she consents. Shortly after that Roopa's mom, Rosy, passes away; Roopa is involved in an accident, and hospitalized. When Roopa returns home, Anoop comes to visit her, and is shocked to find her in bed with Ravi.
