A very regimented woman does everything possible for her boss who is a dentist. Unfortunately he is a womanizer and doesn't appreciate her enough. She seems to love him yet he doesn't realize it. It's actually funny and it was a decent movie. The setting is in Mallorca and the scenery contributes to the plot too. One must not take this film too seriously but rather go with it, as Bella goes through the motions of getting the dentist to love her back.
Mallorca dentist Dr. Jonas Berger enjoys a libertine life style, relying on his devoted assistant Bella to keep the practice running like clockwork despite his own shenanigans. Her widowed neighbor Lukas Finke also relies on her to babysit his pre-teen rascals Timo and Tommi. When Berger's student flame Jasmin, whom he kept at arms-length pretending to be married, refuses to go on as the other woman, he asks Bella to play the wife Amalia, so they can 'get divorced', bur Lukas's accident forces her to bring the knaves to Jonas's villa, so they are passed off as their offspring. Later a double date sows doubts, chance meeting further complicate things.—KGF Vissers
