Bella the Squirrel visits Bella the Rat, who is trying to write a novel. Bella gives Jewel some unwelcome advice on Point of Narration, which turns out to be just what Jewel needed.

Bella the Squirrel pays a visit to her friend Jewel the Rat in Jewel's rat hole. Jewel is at her typewriter, knocking out her first novel. Bella inquires what the novel is about, but Jewel is confused about who the Point of Narration, or, main character is in her story. Bella offers up some on the spot advice about what PON is. Initially irritated, Jewel realizes that what Bella is saying is exactly the advice she needed to get her story off the ground!—Jon James Miller
