Three young women who in 1991, never having met before, all enter the RCMP training depot in Regina, Saskatchewan. For five grueling months these three women, Catherine Galliford, Janet Merlo and Krista Carla are trained in the same troop. This pure documentary reveals what happened to these new constables after graduation, living their childhood dream of becoming a Mountie, but soon realizing they had no training for what was about to happen to them on the job. "It was harassment" says Krista Carla ,and Janet Merlo said "Not only was it happening to me I saw it happening to other women in the RCMP." Another officer said "I was raped by a fellow officer." When Catherine came forward talking about her harassment, Janet said, I called CBC and said, she's not the only one..—Louie Lawless
