Agioupa, an unruly orphan girl, sleeps in the fields, choosing the company of the birds to her fellow villagers.
Unappeasable carnal desires inflame the passions when beautiful but despised Agioupa, the illegitimate fruit of a brutal sexual assault, sets foot in a small village nestled in the bosom of the tranquil Greek nature. But, Agioupa is a victim of prejudice, and as a result, the indomitable black-haired nymph soon catches the eye of two lascivious jackals, and fortunately, the community's gentle and compassionate physician.
