Emily Rodriguez, a recently-retired FBI Agent, is contacted by an old friend, Joanna to help her find her missing daughter, Brit. As Emily begins the search, she quickly finds herself deep in a terrorism plot that could endanger hundreds of lives. As tensions rise, so does the body count as Emily discovers someone is killing members of the fledgling domestic terrorism group, W.A.R.
