As Sam struggles to make it, he is forced to work at the hottest underground night club in L.A., host to the toughest crowd in the city. As Sam's life is slowly torn apart by the city and the industry, he tries desperately to fill the holes with anything he can find. He eases the sting of his broken marriage with a new love, Marsha (Nicole Eggert). But he can't seem to land the role he came to town to find. Or can he?
