In this story of old rituals, blood sacrifice ensures that the town of Quatrosanto remains wealthy. A mother and daughter with ties return to the place their ancestors fled, only to find themselves trying to escape a darker destiny.

Isay (Ara Mina) is a school teacher with a rebellious daughter, Mia (Shy Carlos). When Isay's mother Bella (Maria Isabel Lopez) dies in a strange event, Isay and Mia discover that they have a wealthy family in a small town named Quatrosanto. The family's patriarch, Roman (Chinggoy Alonzo) asks Isay and Mia to stay. Here begins the horrific journey of mother and daughter as they discover the truth about their family, the shadow world that lurks just underneath the reality of the town, and the blood that must be shed if they are to escape this place.
