Summaries

Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, is a town that has been affected by poverty and migration. However, the creation of its first library, an emergent mezcal industry and a group of teen musicians are some examples of the wind of change blowing in the community. After the abandonment of their traditional music and the invasion of Sinaloense music, La Banda Luz del Rosario undertakes a large voyage to the Jalisco Jazz Festival, where improvisation becomes the conductor of their music and their lives.
