BAITA ME is a poetic portrait of the relationship between an eccentric artist and his mother. Christopher Komorowski, known by many as Komor lives in old forester's lodge, where the only neighbors are trees surrounding his house. Chris struggles to make ends meet. He occasionally sells some of his handmade jewelery, but his full-time day job is engraving signs for advertisements. He also has another full-time job, more difficult than engraving; which is taking care of his sick mother who lives with him. It is a source of some frustration to him to have just turned 43 and be single in a tiny village, especially when he has two older brothers who have families and careers in Canada and Warsaw. But he has made the choice to look after his mother.—Anonymous
