A martial artist faces his biggest test when he has to travel to Bangkok to rescue the woman he loves from the clutches of his romantic rival.
Raghav Shetty (Sudheer Babu), a Kalaripayattu and a martial arts world champion and a dreaded gangster, abducts Siya Khurana from her film set in Hyderabad and takes her to Bangkok. Raghav is the Kingpin of illegal prize fights.
Siya's father P. P. Khurana (Sunil Grover) along with Dasanna (Kota Srinivasa Rao), a film producer, goes to each possible government office to seek help regarding the matter but no one is ready to help them, since Raghav is a powerful man and there is no extradition treaty between India and Thailand.
Khurana then suggests to Dasanna that Ranveer "Ronny" Pratap Singh (Tiger Shroff), Siya's ex-boyfriend and a rebellious martial artist, can destroy Raghav and rescue Siya. Dasanna approaches Ronny and asks him to bring Siya back. Dasanna says that his movie has been re-shot 3 times already, his first heroine ran away with a hero, his 2nd heroine got pregnant, and his 3rd heroine has been abducted.Initially hesitant, Ronny agrees as he needs money to treat Subbu (Aryan Prajapati), a mute young boy who is being treated for his vocal cords.
In flashback, we see Ronny meets Siya on a train and falls in love with Siya at first sight. Siya is an actress and was travelling with her family for a movie assignment to the South of the country.He also sees that Siya also carries a rebellious personality. Raghav, who is also travelling on the same train, also sees Siya and is beset with her and asks his men to get her details.
In the meanwhile, Ronny misses his train due to a misunderstanding created by Siya (who says that her father did not get back in the train after a stop at the station, and Ronny gets down to find out, but the train leaves), causing her guilt.At the behest of his late father, Colonel Samarjit Singh (Arun Bali), Ronny unwillingly becomes a student in the Kalaripayattu Royal Academy of Martial Arts in Kerala, headed by Kailash Shetty AKA Guruswamy, Samarjit's former army colleague and Raghav's father.
Ronny visits the school of Guruswamy (Grandmaster Shifuji Shaurya Bharadwaj) in Kerala. According to a letter given by his father, Ronny's father believes him to be a Baaghi (one who never obeys anyone's order). This is where Ronny meets Subbu, the son of Harish (Biswapati Sarkar), who both stay at the school.In due course of time, Guruswamy disciplines Ronny into a rebel with a cause, thus making Ronny a rebellious martial artist and the master of the art of Kalaripayattu. As time goes on, Ronny and Siya fall in love with each other.
Siya gives him a precious ring (given by her father) & asks him to always keep it with him. Meanwhile, Raghav asks for Siya's hand from Khurana, who under a certain sum of money is ready to marry her daughter with Raghav.Later Khurana sees Siya's ring in Ronny's hand & informs Raghav that Siya is in love with Ronny. Raghav proposes to even kill Ronny if he doesn't break his relationship with Siya. Guruswamy hears it and tells Raghav not to take this step till Guruswamy is alive.Raghav later poison's & kills Guruswamy. Raghav tells his henchmen to get Ronny in front of him. The henchmen try to harm Ronnie and Subbu, but Ronny beats up Raghav's henchmen brutally.
Khurana, along with Raghav arrests Ronny via the police & knowingly bails him out so that Siya does not believe Ronny who tells her the real drama planned by her father. Khurana even injures himself & shows Siya, a duplicate of ring which she gave to Ronny (proving the Ronny does not love Siya). So that she may hate Ronny.
Back in the present Raghav reaches Bangkok. Along with the help of Harry (Sanjay Mishra), he visits a local fight club & wins over the famous fighter Lord so as to get some attention. Next day, some local goons chase him, and in an action-packed fighting sequence he wins over them to get the address of Biju (Sourav Chakraborty) (special man of Raghav).
He breaks open into Biju's house & sets his wife at Point-blank range asking him the location of Siya. Ronny then visits the hospital where Siya is admitted by Raghav, & in the disguise of a doctor manages to get into the ward. Siya swoons a nurse, & in her disguise they both try to escape the hospital. They are caught by Raghav. But somehow, they are successful in escaping the hospital. Raghav manages to spot them, but couldn't do anything. The two stop at an island on their way back to India, where Siya discovers her father's deceit (when she sees her ring in Ronny's hand) and the couple reunite. Raghav and his men suddenly attack the couple off-guard, where Biju shoots Ronny, who falls off a cliff.
Raghav takes Siya back to his place, but Siya realizes that Ronny is alive, with Raghav being alerted to his invasive underbelly moments later.Ronny is alive & returns, since no bullet was fired by Biju (as Biju believed Ronny to be correct in his place and also Ronny never harmed Biju or his wife). Raghav kills Biju. Ronny is successful to get to Raghav. However, Raghav overpowers him. Raghav also reveals himself as the mastermind behind Guruswamy's death. Enraged, Ronny uses Guruswamy's signature moves and kills Raghav, thus avenging Guruswamy's death.Later, Ronny along with Siya visits Guruswamy's school where now stands a statue of Guruswamy in place of his seat. Now happily together with Siya, Ronny becomes the new teacher in Guruswamy's school.
