Inspector Bérurier, assistant to commissioner San Antonio, inherits a brothel. But terrible events come to disturb the new owner joy; the tenant is victim of a murder and when the charming brothel keeper undergoes the same fate, the inspector has no other choice than to intervene. Meanwhile, San Antonio investigates the curious disappearance of vaccine, stolen by young thugs.
