Three young men fall in love with a pretty older woman who moves into their neighborhood.

The arrival of a rich pretty woman in her 30s named Jyothi (Jayasudha) jolts up an entire neighborhood in Hyderabad. The men are blown away by her beauty whereas the women find her to be a strong willed, compassionate lady who stands up for them. 3 young men (Anand, Chinna and Raja Ravindra) in the neighborhood befriend and fall in love with her, each dreaming of becoming her husband. But what they don't know is Jyothi is an amnesiac whose real name is Shanthi and she is already a married woman tragically separated from her husband (Nassar) due to an horrific bus accident. Her husband is a successful businessman who happens to be the boss of Anand and has not gotten over the tragic incident, believing her to be dead. What happens when the young men discover the truth?
