Romaric was born in Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo, but grew up in Paris, far from the power failure and power shortage. After thirty years, he returns to his native land and through his eyes one of the Congolese energy challenges is highlighted.
Romaric was born in Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo, but he grew up in Paris far from a major problem : the lack of electricity. To understand this reality in his native country, he returned after thirty years and went to meet Congolese who witness their lives punctuated by power cuts. During this journey, he left the capital, visited power plants built in the savanna and villages, then he goes back to the large Imboulou dam. One of the major problems in Congo is then highlighted through Romaric eyes, who take back at the same time his African roots.—23 Mars Productions
