Sometime around 1991, shortly before or after the end of Twin Peaks (1990), the renowned American filmmaker, David Lynch, created a brief tag for his new, California-based company, Asymmetrical Productions. Featuring a grainy, black-and-white aesthetic approach, David Lynch composes an explosive hallucinatory visual by putting together flashing images, a pair of disembodied lips, a laconic message and industrial sounds reminiscent of Eraserhead (1977).—Nick Riganas
