A young boy in a village dreams of becoming an astronaut, inspired by his grandfather's stories. But when diagnosed with a serious illness, his imagination and reality blur, leading to a touching tale of hope and love.

Gennadiy's grandson, unaware of his true origins, believes in his grandfather's fantastic stories that his parents are astronauts protecting the Earth from evil aliens. Inspired by these stories, Altair creates a vivid imaginary world in which he dreams of joining his parents in space as an astronaut. However, when Altair is diagnosed with complicated meningitis, his battle with the disease blurs the lines between reality and his dreams as he battles monsters in his own world.
